Catering Services

Becker’s offers three levels of catering services based on your budget and needs: Catering Pickup, Delivery & Setup, and Full Service.

We offer a variety of catering platters, appetizers, entrees, sides, salads & barbecue. Catering must be ordered in advance for all options (pick-up, delivery, full service). Please see Catering Menu for available options. If you don’t see what you are looking for we offer customized menus.

Pickup & Delivery Services

Catering pickup is available at 401 Merrow Rd. Tolland, CT. Order your catering in advance, schedule a pickup day and we will meet you outside at your vehicle to help load items.

Catering delivery is available to all of Connecticut and cost is calculated based on distance from our Tolland location. Order your catering in advance, schedule a delivery day and we’ll set-up your items at your location at your desired time. Get a quote by clicking the buttons below.

Full Service Event Catering

Special days deserve special planning and attention to detail. We love hearing a little about you and your vision of the day as well as items you may be interested in offering at your event. All full service catering events include a 2 hour food service by our staff. An onsite chef and a minimum of 1 wait staff are required for every full service event. Additional staff may be added depending on the menu chosen and size of the event.

We arrive 30-60 minutes prior to the determined serving time. We set up and breakdown all equipment required for our service. The area chosen for the service must be clear and ready upon our arrival. We will provide tents if needed for food serving tables. Electricity is preferred but not always necessary let us know if this is a concern.

In the event you have additional responsibilities other than the food service you would like us to attend to please inform us prior to the day of the event so we may add additional staff. Please remember our staff is there to ensure an outstanding foodservice is provided to you and your guests.

Food is prepared based on 1 serving per person of the menu chosen. Final guest count and any menu changes are required 2 weeks prior to the event. We always plan for a little extra but please provide us with the most accurate count possible. Please notify us of any food allergies prior to your event.

A 50% deposit is required to save the date of your event. Deposits are fully refundable 30 days prior to your event. The nonrefundable final balance must be received 2 weeks prior to your event with your final guest count. All events are billed off the final guest count. All full service events are subject to a 20% service charge and 7.35% CT state sales tax. We never pre bill  gratuity but if you feel you received exceptional service it is always appreciated.

Customer is required to provide personal contact information as well as a contact number for the day of the event. Customer also provides address and directions to the event, including landmarks for ease in getting to location.
